Upon receiving your request you will be confirmed availability and price. Booking can be confirmed only upon receipt of 50% deposit of the rental amount. The reamaining 50% will have to be paid 7 days before the arrival date. Upon arrival a security deposit of 300€ will be requested. It will be returned upon checkout.
Checkin & Checkout
Checkin time 14:00 – Checkout time 11:00. It can be flexible according to availability, to be agreed in advance.
Cancellation Policy
70% refund of deposit received up to 7 days of arrival date.
No refund for no-show.
House Rules
Small sized pets are allowed. Smoking is not allowed inside the appartment. We ask our kind guests to take care of disposing of the rubbish accumulated during their stay, in a timely and proper manner, following the instructions visible in the pantry room.

Hi, my name is Claudia and I’m an Interior Decorator.
With my husband Massimo we bought this apartment 15 years ago as we fell in love with this magical place. Massimo is a windsurfer and kitesurfer, and he enjoys practicing his favorite sports in the beaches around San Pasquale.
We live abroad but every summer we come back here… to our little paradise.
